Tetrahydrocannabinol, often referred to as THC, is the primary psychoactive agent in marijuana. In recent years, a synthesized (non-natural) version has become increasingly popular: tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC-O. Despite the fact that it is synthesized, it can technically be made from hemp, and so many people consider usage legal under the 2018 Farm Bill, which "removed hemp, defined as cannabis (Cannabis sativa L.) and derivatives of cannabis with extremely low concentrations of the psychoactive compound delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) (no more than 0.3 percent THC on a dry weight basis), from the definition of marijuana in the Controlled Substances Act (CSA)." Many THC-O users report several benefits, and a few of the biggest ones are listed below.
Potency
Many users list increased potency as the number one advantage THC-O has over traditional forms of THC. Users who suffer from anxiety or chronic pain may find that these symptoms are alleviated even more dramatically with the use of THC-O. Another thing that many people may not immediately realize is that cost-effectiveness is an indirect benefit of this: many users find they have to purchase far less THC-O in order to treat their symptoms or enjoy the effects that THC has to offer.
Versatility
Many current THC users would likely be hesitant to begin using THC-O if they knew that it was not as versatile. After all, THC can be consumed in a variety of ways, including as part of edibles, tinctures, and vaping. Fortunately, THC-O possesses the same versatility, meaning you don't have to worry that your favorite method of consumption will suddenly be unavailable or impossible.
Possibility of Different Side Effects
It is crucial to note that everyone's reactions to THC and THC-O are different. Some people have reported dizziness and anxiety as among the side effects of THC-O. On the other hand, other people report fewer negative side effects when compared to the use of traditional THC. The possibility of a clearer, more substantial high coupled with fewer negative side effects is just one more reason why more people are curious to try THC-O products.
THC-O products should only be used after serious deliberation on a number of issues: the current legality in your state or county, your planned method of consumption, and the side effects you can anticipate based on any past medical or recreational usage. That said, many people find that the benefits are significant and outweigh any possible downsides.

Seniors are like any other specialized group of people. They need services specific to their needs. Everything from nutrition to housekeeping to travel is different for seniors, and the services they receive should reflect that. I am a mental health care provider, and I work exclusively with people over the age of 65. My goal is to help educate the general population about the special needs of seniors and to inspire people to make their homes, businesses and lives more acceptable to the older generations. Seniors deserve our care and attention, and I hope that I can show others how to provide it.
